Genesis Gives Joy

At Genesis Builders, we realize what kind of year it has been. This winter, thousands of Albertans will rely on the support of charitable organizations and donations. For this reason, Genesis will be collecting non-perishable food donations at every show home.

Plus, for every home sold between November 1 and December 31, 2022 we will be making a $1,000 donation for every townhome and a $2,500 donation for every single family home to one of these four organizations:

Promotion Terms and Conditions: Purchaser must have entered into a contract with Genesis Builders Group Inc. (“Genesis”) to purchase a new construction single family home between November 1, 2022 and December 31, 2022 (the “Purchase Agreement”) and all conditions in favour of each of the Purchaser and Genesis must have been waived or satisfied on or before December 31, 2022. Provided Genesis has satisfied itself that it will be able to commence construction on the Purchaser’s home within 120 days from the date of the Purchase Agreement and further provided the Purchaser is not in default under any of the terms of the Purchase Agreement, then within a reasonable period of time following closing of the purchase of the home in accordance with the terms of the Purchase Agreement, Genesis will make a donation of up to $2,500.00 Canadian Dollars to one (1) of the following charities/organizations, as selected by the Purchaser: Airdrie Food Bank, Calgary Food Bank, Veterans Association Food Bank, Women in Need Society (WINS). (Each a “Charity”).

In the event that the Purchaser does not select a Charity, Genesis will make the charitable donation to a Charity in its sole and absolute discretion.

Genesis will request that the Purchaser be recognized by the respective Charity due to the Purchaser’s selection and the Purchaser hereby expressly consents and agrees to Genesis’ disclosure of the Purchaser’s personal information to the respective Charity for the purpose of enabling the Charity to recognize the Purchaser. Genesis makes no representation that the Purchaser will be: (i) recognized by the respective Charity; or (ii) entitled to a tax receipt or any personal tax benefit. Only one (1) cheque and one (1) donation of either $1,000 or $2,500.00 dependent upon home type purchased will be offered per Purchase Agreement. Availability of homes and this limited time offer are subject to change without notice to Purchaser in Genesis’ sole and absolute discretion. This Promotion may be discontinued at any time. This Promotion cannot be combined with other Genesis promotions, incentives, or offers. The Promotion is intended for legal residents of Canada who are over the age of majority and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
