February Construction Update: The Gardens

If you’re one of the homeowners awaiting the completion of your new home in The Gardens of Saddlestone, we believe it’s important to keep you informed on the status of your home’s construction. We’ll be posting monthly updates, so you can stay on top of the exciting home building process.

Building One
Saddlelake Mews NE

• Framing for the second floor of this building is currently underway.
• Building one is now ready for trusses, and we’re looking at overall 45% completion on this portion of the project.

Building Two
Saddlelake Alley NE

• Building two is completely roughed-in for plumbing at this point—one more thing checked off!
• Completion has begun on the rough-in for heating, and we’re looking at 55% completion on this portion of the project.

Building Three
Saddlelake Mews NE 

• We’re now completed the rough-in for electrical in this building—let there be light!
• The remainder of rough-ins for building three are now 65% completed.
