Here is the breakdown of the referral bonus:
• For You (The Referrer): You receive $2,500 when your referral takes possession, and the information and conditions are confirmed.
• For Them (The Homebuyer): Your friend or family member also receives $2,500 when they take possession, creating a shared win you can celebrate together.
• Total Value: $5,000 shared between you and the person you referred

TWO: The Hand-Off (Important Step)
Fill out the physical referral certificate. This is the important part: You must bring this completed form to the Area Sales Manager at the show home at the time of signing the purchase agreement. It helps them understand your referral case clearly.
THREE: The Payout
Once your friend completes their purchase and takes possession, we issue the referral payments. You receive yours. They receive theirs. No extra steps, calls, or mail required.

You can refer a friend, family member, or anyone who hasn’t already registered with us or isn’t currently working with a Realtor. Do I have to be a current Genesis homeowner?

When does the form need to be submitted?
Timing is key. The referral certificate must be presented so that the Area Sales Manager can check the details and confirm a valid submission at the time of signing the purchase agreement.
Is the amount different for condos or townhomes?
Yes. The $2,500 bonus applies to single-family homes. For townhomes, the referral bonus is $1,000 for each party.
