How the credit works
The $100,000 prize is a home purchase credit applied directly toward a new Genesis home, not a cheque or cash prize. What that looks like depends on where you are in your journey.
Already living in your Genesis home? If you’ve already closed, you’ll be reimbursed $100,000. That’s mortgage payments you don’t have to make, a basement you can finally finish, or just a little breathing room you’ve more than earned.
Purchased, but haven’t taken possession yet? We’ll apply $100,000 directly to your purchase price. That’s a meaningful head start before you even turn the key and unpack your first box.
Still exploring? You don’t need to have purchased a home to enter. You’ll receive a $100,000 credit toward a new Genesis home. It might be exactly the nudge you’ve been waiting for.
