May Construction Update: The Gardens

Good news for homeowners waiting to take possession in The Gardens, as one building enters the final phase and the other is well into the latter half of development. Here’s an update on where our crews are at right now:

Units: 9, 13, 17, 21, 25
Saddlelake Alley NE

• This building is 95% complete the last phase of construction! Next up for our crews will be to complete installation of the garage doors, and finish up the last touches on the building.
• These units will be ready to move into phase five of the Genesis 5 stages of development, shortly following the construction completion. Stage five brings us to the pre-possession and possession phase, which is when you’ll get to move into your new home!

Units: 4, 8, 12, 16, 20
Saddlelake Mews NE

• Our crews are in the midst of installing drywall in this building (75% completed). To give you an idea of where we’re at in development, we’re in phase three of the Genesis 5 stages of development.
• What’s next? Our construction crews will soon be getting to work on texturing of the walls, which will move us into phase four of the development.
