Construction Update: The Brownstones

Waiting for your new home in The Brownstones of Sage Meadows? Our construction crews are working hard to ensure the utmost quality in the home building process, so here’s an update of where we’re at in the development phase:

Block 5 is in the process of having the trimming completed, upon finishing that, crews will begin on installation of the cabinets for this building.

Block 6 is in the midst of having drywall installed on this building, and when that is completed, work will begin on taping.

Please note that there will not be a construction update for the Brownstones next week as the office will be closed. Updates will resume, Friday July, 10th.

This is part of stage three of the five stages of development we undergo to build a new home, it’s one of the biggest phases of construction so a lot of work is done at this time. Here’s a look at the process:
