In April, we broke ground on Ashbury, a brand new multi-family development in northeast Calgary. If you’re not familiar with Ashbury, it’s is the newest addition to Saddlestone, and the unique design of this project has been just one of the draws for buyers. Additionally, the modern features in the 24 townhomes offer buyers innovative options and affordability too.
If you’re waiting on your new home in Ashbury, here’s a construction update:
Building one is in the process of having the foundation installed. Our crews recently finished the trunkline and inspection on that portion will be happening by the end of this week. Following inspection, work will begin on the backfill trench, as well as cribbing.
Building two is currently in the process of having excavating done.
