August Construction Update: Saffron

With the weather cooperating, we are very pleased to report to our eager homeowners that huge progress has been made on the Saffron development in the last month. Our construction crews are working on the final finishing touches in both buildings, which will take us into the final phase of development (see the Genesis 5 stages of development). Here’s some insight into where we’re at in the development process:

Units 8326 to 8346
Saddlelake Drive NE

• Our crews are finishing up the installation of flooring in this building, over 95% complete at this point. This will be the final steps of phase four in the construction process on this building (see the Genesis 5 stages of development).
• Upon completion of the flooring, we’ll be in the fifth and final phase in the project, homeowners will complete their home orientations and take possession of their new homes!

Units 8350 to 8370
Saddlelake Drive NE

• Our construction crews are 90% completed painting for this building, and are in the process of finishing up the final interior and exterior touches for this building. This will be the final stages of phase four in the Genesis 5 stages of development.
• Once completion of the painting and final touches, homeowners will complete their home orientations and take possession of their new homes!
