Time really flies when you’re making progress! Two weeks have gone by since our last update, and more updates to bring those awaiting their new home in The Brownstones at Sage Meadows. Here’s where our crews are at in the construction phase:
Block 5 is in the process of having flooring installed in this building. Once that’s complete, our crews will be doing the final touches on this building, before City inspections are underway.
Block 6 is in the midst of having the walls painted, and once that’s finished, work will begin on the installation of the flooring for this building.
This is part of stage four of the five stages of development we undergo to build a new home, it’s one of the biggest phases of construction so a lot of work is done at this time. For a more in-depth look at the construction process and our phases of development, check out this link.
