Construction Update: The Brownstones

Waiting for your new home in The Brownstones of Sage Meadows? Our construction crews are working hard to ensure the utmost quality in the home building process, so here’s an update of where we’re at in the development phase:

Block 5 is in the process of having the flooring installed in the interior of the building, and crews are working on the loam on the exterior. Upon completion, work will begin on the finishings for the interior, and outside work will begin on the installation of the fence.

Block 6 is in the midst of installation of the swale stakes, once that’s completed our crews will start on the actual construction of the swale.

This is part of stage three of the five stages of development we undergo to build a new home, it’s one of the biggest phases of construction so a lot of work is done at this time. Here’s a look at the process:
