Construction Update: The Brownstones

Waiting for your new home in The Brownstones of Sage Meadows? One building is already completed construction, and we’re nearing the end of building two. Our construction crews are working hard to ensure the utmost quality in the home building process, so here’s an update of where we’re at in the development phase:

Block 6 has now had the landscaping completed, and inside the building flooring and trim lockout is finished as well. Our crews have also completed the electrical, mechanical and plumbing for this building, so next up will be the final phase of inspections!

This is the final stage of the five stages of development we undergo to build a new home, it’s one of the biggest phases of construction so a lot of work is done at this time. Here’s a look at the process:
