Construction Update: The Brownstones

Waiting for your new home in The Brownstones of Sage Meadows? With one building completed and the other in the last few steps, this will be our last update as we near the finish line! Our construction crews are working hard to ensure the utmost quality in the home building process, so here’s an update of where we’re at in the development phase:

Block 6 crews have now completed all the finishings for this building. The next and final thing to do, is to begin on pre-possessions, starting the process of getting homeowners into their new homes!

This is the final stage of the five stages of development we undergo to build a new home, it’s one of the biggest phases of construction so a lot of work is done at this time. Here’s a look at the process:
