We were recently informed about a safety notice issued by the provincial government at the end of January 2021 outlining a potential certification issue regarding fireplaces manufactured by Luxor Manufacturing Inc. and Canadian Fire Hearth Manufacturing Inc. The fireplaces outlined in the notice were installed in homes between 2011 and 2015. Click here to view the notice from the Provincial Government.

Genesis Builders Group has taken action to determine if any of its homeowners are impacted by this safety notice, and has already reached out directly to anyone that may be affected via registered mail.
