Genesis Gives Joy: How we’re helping you give back this holiday season

Genesis is helping Calgary and area residents get into the spirit of giving, with the launch of our Genesis Gives Joy campaign, which is helping our communities by donating money to local charities and schools.

In addition to giving donations to local schools and organizations, home buyers through Genesis will also be gifted with some extra money this holiday season—it’s a win-win! How it works is simple:

When you purchase a new Genesis home between now and January 1, 2016, we will give you $5,000, a perfect gift for the holiday season. You can spruce up your new home, put some more presents under the tree or use that money for anything! But it gets even better, because in addition to your $5,000 cheque, Genesis will also give a $5,000 donation to the charity or community school of your choice.

Upon purchase of their new Genesis home, buyers can choose to send their $5,000 donation to one of 14 great local charities:

Or if you’d prefer, you can also opt to send a $5,000 donation to any Calgary Metropolitan Area school instead. Local education will be benefiting either way, because for every like, share or retweet on social media using #GensisGivesJoy, we’ll be donating $1 to Nose Creek Elementary School in Airdrie.
